MY IDEA OF HOW REAL ESTATE SHOULD BE DONE

I love Colorado, and I want to see this beautiful state stay clean , green, and uncluttered. I'm a conservationist and nature lover, as well as an elk hunter, fly-fisherman, horseman, skier, and backcountry explorer. My goals as a real estate broker mirror my personal lifestyle.

If you're looking for a broker to help you plan a golf course subdivision, I'm not your guy. I want to help people find their dream properties and plan the next phase of their lives, whether it's a vacation retreat, a working ranch, a mountain cabin, or a hunting and fishing property. I want to help people live in harmony with the sometimes harsh and unforgiving--but splendidly beautiful--environment in western Colorado. I have a good understanding of green building techniques, alternative power generation, site location, and wildlife migration patterns so that we leave a lighter footprint on the land. If you have questions about alternative power generation, conservation easements, or other environmentally friendly approaches to property ownership, please ask me. I'll provide you with the resources to make informed decisions.

I also promise to represent my clients ethically and fairly. I will work as an advocate for my real estate clients so that, in the end, you'll know you had the right realtor on your team.
